By creating an account, you will gain lifetime access to our monthly and unique auctions. To authenticate users and prevent illicit bidding, registration costs 5€ (+ VAT).
This is a one-time REFUNDABLE amount; if you buy or sell a lot within 12 months of registering, we will credit the fee back to your account.
You just need to place a bid on any lot, then the authentication window will be displayed to complete the process.

The payment term for buyers at RumTrades is three days/72 hours after the auction closes.
If payment for an order is not received within this 3-day timeframe, the order will be charged a late payment fee of 3% of the total sum due.
Late Payment Fee: 3% of the entire order sum due three days/72 hours after the auction closes.
If payment for an order is not received within 14 days after the auction closes, the amount paid will be retained as a penalty.
Individual sellers deliver bottles that they wish to sell at auction to our office in Rome. Once they have been authenticated by our specialists team, professional photos are taken and the bottles are ready to be listed in our next available auction.
RumTrades hosts rum auctions every month for 10 days and registered users across the world can place a bid online at any time during this period.
The highest bidder at the close of the auction is then notified by email and payment is required within 3 days.
Payment is made to the seller within 21 business days as we need to be fair on both parties and ensure the buyer is completely satisfied with his purchase.

If there are any issues with the order you received, please inform us within 3 days after delivery. Please be aware that once the 14 day period has expired, your payment will be sent to the seller and we can no longer open a claim on your behalf.
